Despite the hopes of Twisted Metal director David Jaffe, Twisted Metal will include an online pass.
When asked if the game would come packaged with an online pass at CES, Twisted Metal QA lead Justin Trease replied simply, “yes.”
Unfortunately this is the sort of decision that is out of Jaffe’s hand. I’m sure he offered a profanity filled argument about why he thought his game should not include an online pass, but it’s up to Sony in the end.
Twisted Metal releases for PlayStation 3 on February 14.
